Please write about the College/ University name for better response. However the eligibility criteria of B.Sc. (Hons. ). Agriculture through ICAR is given below for an idea. Eligibility criteria : Candidate must have passed 10+2 in PCB/ PCMB/ PCM/ Inter-Agriculture securing not less than 50% marks in aggregate for General, OBC (NCL), UPS, EWS categories and 40% marks in aggregate for SC, ST, Transgender, PwD categories. So from above you are eligible for B.Sc. (Hons. ). Agriculture course.

You can go to both based on your subjects in 12th. The filed you want to go are rather need of hour. Both have good perspective in coming time and are very specialised jobs
I would rather ask you what are you bend towards investigating or analysis. If you like investigating go for cyber security and if you like analysis go for digital forensics
Basic appetite is IT for both.

Yes, you are eligible for B.Sc. Course but you many not qualify for regular B.Sc. In subjects like botany, zoology, physics, etc. But you can do B.Sc. In hospitality and in computer applications, etc. I would recommend you to search and explore various options based on universities and courses that you are interested in. Best of luck!
