Yes, you can, provided you score the CGPA of 6.5 plus and also IELTS score of above 6 bands. But I have a good tailormade program for you, assuming that you want to settle in Canada in long term, You can pursue your B.Tech CSE from a reputed university like LPU which has the provision of credit transfer programs to top universities/colleges in Canada.
