6.6 CGPA is a not a very good score to apply into a MS Computer Science program in Canada. Around 75% is required. Additionally, a very strong research oriented profile is required. You can check this link and check the requirements and apply to universities that match closely with your profile:

Admissions require candidates to clear their GRE exams with a respectable score. Few candidates are required to clear a language proficiency test if the medium of instruction in Bachelors was not English.
Other than that, you may need recommendations from your professors, and relevant work experience may also count.
All these factors combined are required for admission to a course in MS to institutes in Canada for MS.
