The admission in A.V. College of Arts, Science and Commerce in B.Sc. courses are based on Merit (12th marks). Hence no entrance is there for the asked program. The process for admission is through DOST(Degree Online Services,Telangana).

Generally transfer within the university is possible, but I would suggest you to complete the course at the chd. University only. The university is good. You need to check the rules of each college for transfer,. .

JEE Main scores are needed for admission in B.Tech courses only. Hence you can do the B.Sc (Computer Science) from Acropolis Institute of Technology and Research. The eligibility criteria and other details are given below.
Eligibility criteria : 12th with Physics-Chemistry-Mathematics/ Physics-Chemistry-Biology
Admission criteria : Admissions to various courses of AIMSR are based on merit positions on the basis of percentage of marks obtained by the student in the qualifying examination (12th).

I would suggest Diploma+ B.Tech in CSE as you will save one year and join B.Tech in the second year only.
