Hi Syed,
I may describe it as a hierarchy, IT is a part of computer science which deals with the study of the various technologies that are in use. Computer Science is the main root which more defines the significance of the same in the industry.
Computer Science is a core field of study in which you can also pursue Research as well whereas IT is the derived field which provides education regarding the technologies that have been already introduced and implemented.

You need to talk with the college authorities regarding the same. You can request them. If needed, then take a letter from your 1st year college regarding late declaration of result and submit it in Chennai College. Make a humble request. They will allow you. All the best.

Hello Shubham, Almost all well acclaimed institutions which are majority deemed to be universities have set the bar at 75% in PCM. But there are good government engineering colleges in all the states for which eligibility has been set at around 50% by most of the states. Hence you would be definitely be eligible to seek admission in colleges if your state. Best wishes to your dream of admission in an engineering college.

Many renowned and popular universities of India like VIT, Manipal University, Delhi University, University of Calcutta, Tamil Nadu University and many more offers this course to the aspiring candidates. The fee of this course in university of Calcutta is in between 5000-6000. University of Delhi charges around 10000 for this course. VIT charges a whopping 30000 per semester for this course.
