The placements opportunities for BSc are less compared with engineering or management graduates. However, you have done BSc in computer science and hence, I feel, you have a great chance of getting job via placements. I don't think that there is any lateral entry for a course like BCA, but you can try to get admission into colleges as you have completed your Diploma in Computer Science. Otherwise, you'll have to get admission into 1st Year of BCA. Good Luck.
