Hi, There are very big difference between B.Tech (CS) and B.Sc (CS). the few of them are listed under :-
1. B.Tech is a practical and skill knowledge oriented 4 years programme, while B.Sc (CS) is theory based 3 years programme.
2. B.Tech admission are based on JEE Main/ Advance and other entrance tests, while B.Sc admission are based on merit (12th marks).
3. B.Tech (CS) have higher level and exposure in market in comparison to B.Sc (CS).
4. B.Tech (CS) students are eligible to participate in Graduate aptitude test in engineering (GATE) for jobs of PSUs and government. While B.Sc (CS) have no such options.

If your aim is teaching, B.Sc and M.Sc would be surely enough for it. But if you want a decent placement and a job, you should definitely consider B.Tech. You can apply for various universities providing B.Tech degrees and then proceed.

Hello,
Both courses are good and have mostly same structure of study and curriculum but according to me likely you are from biology background, so please go for B.Sc Computer Science, it helps you more.

Master of Computer Application (MCA):

Hi, As per the information, a candidate who has a PR already, chances are that the candidate could be hired given the candidate fulfills the eligibility criteria. The reason is pretty easy to understand that a company has to make investment to hire a foreign candidate, so to save the cost candidates with PR could be given preference. But, cases could differ on situation basis.

There is no much difference, both are subjects relating with computer programming and hardware. However, CS is an old name. Moreover, in IT some universities and institutions use to provide some more technical information regarding technology like nanotech, etc.
