In general, you need atleast 100 marks out of 150 in it's AMU's own entrance to be in the safe zone for OBC.
Since , with the last year records , admissions have taken place with 80 marks too , but that in spot round and in the last few rounds . This will keep your seat in waiting for a long . Hence , 100 or above it will get you something better . Best of luck.

Accordingly, you are not eligible for M.Sc CS after B.Sc PCM because for M.Sc CS admissions the candidate must have be a graduate from B.Sc computer science or technology. If you are interested in technological field then you can opt MCA.

I don't think so because usually for this course, the cutoff is high but it you may consider the previous year cutoff of DU to get an idea of 2018 cut off:

Computer Science is the candidate should complete 10+2 studies from a recognised Board of Education under a relevant stream are eligible to apply for the undergraduate courses and the admission is on merit basis. Merit list will be drawn up based on the applicants previous academic performances. 50% of seats are reserved for the Muslim minority.
