WCTM is a private institution, not a government college. It is affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak.While WCTM offers decent facilities and education for B.Tech in Computer Science, it may not be considered the best option when compared to top engineering colleges like IITs, NITs etc.

The UPSC Engineering Services Examination Notification states that - a candidate must have earned an engineering degree from a university established by an act of the Central or State Legislature in India, from another educational institution founded by an act of Parliament, or from a university declared to be deemed a university under section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, to be eligible to take the exam. The candidate must, however, choose any one of the four subjects - civil, mechanical, electrical, or electronics - for which they wish to take the exam. 

Candidates can register on Kerala university's official website. For the course they are willing to join. After registration save your password and registration number. After that you have to fill the candidate profile registration (academic profile registration form).Download the challan and enter registration fee details. In this form you have to upload your photograph and signature. After that select your course and verify your application carefully. For general candidates: Rs. 250/-For SC and ST candidates: Rs. 100/-

You can do M.Sc in electronics science after B.Sc in computer science as the eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have a B.Sc in any one from physics, computer science, information technology, mathematices, or electronics.
