No, a 3-year BSc Computer Science degree from IDOL Mumbai University's distance education programme is not eligible for GATE CS Exam. You won't be eligible for GATE CS Exam with just a BSc degree. Only final year or passed out students of BTech, BE, M.Sc and MCA are eligible to apply.However, you can prepare and get MSc CA or MCA from a good college/university now. After that, you will be eligible to apply for GATE CS.

BITS Pilani, Dubai placements are quite good as the number of recruiters increases year by year that hire BITS graduates. As per the placement report for 2019-20, the highest package offered was AED 7,000 – 9,000 (INR 1.57 L - 2.03 L) per month.
