The time period for filling out the form of B.Tech Computer Science varies depending on the institution you are applying to. Generally, the application period starts in the month of March and ends in the month of May.

For M. G. Science College, placement is decent. Average package is around 2.5 - 3 LPA and the highest package of B.Sc. Is around 5-5.5 LPA. For Gujarat Science College average Package is around 1.5 -2 LPA and the highest package is around 4.5 LPA. Both the colleges have good infrastructures and faculty. In my opinion, you can go for any one according to your convenience.

Your percentile is very good but not enough to get CSE branch in NIT. You require at least 98 percentile for getting CSE in NIT.

According to the eligibility criteria for the CSIR NET exam, candidates must have a master's degree or its equivalent in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD candidates). Yes you can. Competitive exams can be given in Hindi also. So you can prepare your Computer Science exam in Hindi also. Please write about the exam name for much better response.

BITS Pilani
IIITs

BHU etc.

No, unfortunately you will not be able to get CS in IEM Kolkata. The opening cutoff rank for CS is 6749 and the closing cutoff rank is 7383.
