Yes, you can do M.Tech in specialisation of computer Science if you are from non CS branch. For this, first of all you would have to SEE particular college computer Science department M.Tech condition, most of college's CS department allowed some non CS branch students to pursue M.Tech from some of their specialisation, but not for every M.Tech specialisation. Example if you got good rank in GATE then IIT Delhi allow non CS branch GATE score to pursue M.Tech in some CS specialisation but not in everyone, also most of college's non CS department has their own some M.Tech CS specialisation like IIT Delhi electrical engineering department

For CSE M.Tech/me programme, IITs and NITs are the best. For that, your son has to qualify the GATE exam with a good rank. Private colleges are more or less same.

Th placement for B.Sc. Computer Science is quite good in Asian College of Science and Commerce. Companies like Dell, HDFC Bank, Reliance general insurance, Reliance industries limited, Sahara India, Suncity, Vodafone and many more come to visit the campus for the placements of eligible and bright students of the college.

In Australia, there is a relatively well-defined set of universities that will provide reputable credentials. This group is known as the Group-of-Eight (Go8) and comprises ANU, USyd, UMelb, UQ, UNSW, Monash, UWA, and UAdel. In Computer Science and Engineering at Bhagwan Mahaveer College of Engineering and Management, Sonepat: Placements: Student got placed in various companies on their own behalf but college do not provide any placement help. Infact, college does not have placement cell too. At the time of admission, they will give many promises but entering college, I realised that they all are fake. Students got placed in amazon, Accenture, xceedance, tcs, wipro and other IT companies on their own and get an average package from 3.5 to 15 LPA.
