Hello, Take Physics Chemistry Biology if you want to study medicine after 12. Take Physics Chemistry Maths if you want to pursue engineering after 12. Take both (PCMB) if you are not sure what you want to study. If you like to do courses in basic sciences, then you can choose your preferred subjects accordingly.

Both chitkara and CU are good, however, being LPU alumni, and pass out student of CSE department, I can give better information regarding LPU.  a B.Sc. Passed student can never appear for TET examination due to some guidelines of SCERT, In order to appear in TET, you should have at least a Diploma called BTC or D.Ed for primary level as well as junior level.
