Hi If you are disqualified in PGCET , still csn go for M.SC in Computer Application on the basis of your qualified Bachelor degree which is the eligibility to get master degree and not any PG course.

NEC Japanese Language Academy does not offer BCA programs as the academy specialize in Japanese language courses. To pursue a BCA degree, you'll need to explore universities or colleges that offer this programme and not NEC. The cost of a BCA programme vary depending on several factors like type of Institution,  Location,  Course duration, Hostel or accommodation etc.
