Greetings,  DAV College Abohar is better than Lyallpur Khalsa College for BCA. According to various aspects such as infrastructure, placement records, academic records etc., various students have rated DAV college greater than that of Lyallpur Khalsa college but their officiak ratings are same ( 3.9 out of 5 ). Hope it helps!Thanks you.
