The university has ranked 12 in the 'Top 100 B-School in India' category by the Times of India B-School Survey 2024. Further, Sri Balaji University has also been ranked 13 in the Top 50 B-School Placements in India category by the Times of India B-School Survey 2024. Moreover, the BCA programme's total tuition fee is of INR 4 lakh which seems reasonable, considering the placement statistics.

Aspirants need to pass HSc examination with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST candidates) and English as passing subject to apply for Sri Balaji University Pune BCA programme. Candidates with a three-year diploma degree from Board of Technical Education, conducted by Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent aftee Class 10 can also apply. Aspirants with two-year diploma course in Pharmacy from Board of Technical Education, conducted by Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent can also apply for BCA.

Admission to the MCA Course is facilitated through the Single Window System. To be eligible, candidates must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in the 10+2+3 pattern with core Mathematics at the class 12 level. Alternatively, they can have studied Mathematics/Statistics as one of the subjects at the degree level. Additionally, candidates must have taken the TANCET Entrance Examination conducted by Anna University, Chennai. Students can select a college based on the rank calculated by their marks in the TANCET. Reservations are provided for BC/MBC/DNC/SC/ST categories, as per the rules of the Government of Tamil Nadu.
