Conestoga College offers a 4-level English for Academic Studies programB, which focuses on speaking, reading, listening, and writing needed for studies in a college or a university. It is on the basis of an in-house placement test or internationally acknowledged English language tests (TOEFL/IELTS) that it is determined at what level a student begins. Every year, 15-week main intakes take place which are carried out in the month of January, May, and September. Mid-term (7-week) intake options are carried out in March, July, and November. These are reserved for international students who are enrolled for the first time in the college.

Those who wish to study a postgraduate programme at Conestoga should provide their graduation document as well as the transcript of their study. They are required to upload the original education documents to the college admission portal. It is also possible that international admissions may request students to send their official documents straight away from the educational institution or examination boards. Also, in case the name on your documents and your current name does not match, you will have to give proof of your name change such as a marriage certificate or copy of your passport.

The college no longer requires vaccination proof at any of its campuses and will be keeping a track of the conditions and if required will reach out to public health advisors. It may happen in the future that students may be asked to get their vaccine requirements on short notice in order to keep the college community safe and healthy and shield the vulnerable lot from infection if any. In case the present norms are altered in the nearby future, it is recommended that students keep themselves aware and alert with regard to the COVID-19 vaccines. Conestoga College recognizes how significant it is to obtain a job for many students once they pass out or are about to finish their courses. Hence, as to enable them to obtain suitable employment as per their liking, the college organizes many job fests during the academic year. Counsellors available in college are very approachable and students can reach out to them and get help regarding building their resumes, practising for job interviews, personality assessments, etc. Students can also connect with their faculty, who might help them find a job in their field of expertise.

In order to help students pay the tuition fee, the college has collaborated with two of the leading international payment processors, namely - Western Union Global Pay and Flywire. Through these, students will be able to pay for college with the help of a wire transfer or credit card directly from their home country. Through this way, payment can be completed easily and in a short time and that too in your home currency. The college also accepts online payments via web banking. International money orders, cheques, and bank drafts are also accepted.

Conestoga College does not offer a BA in Sociology. However, they do provide a three-12 months Advanced Diploma in Social Service Worker - Addictions and Mental Health software, that is much like a BA in Sociology.
