Eligibility Candidates applying for this course are required to have acquired 10+2/equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate score of 45%. Candidates who have completed a Diploma in civil engineering are also eligible to apply for this course through lateral entry. Some of the top colleges for MBA courses are in the US, however they are expensive. MBA courses from the IIMs in India are highly coveted, and there are many other business schools from India which offer A-grade MBA courses like XLRI, IIFT, ISB, etc. You could also try pursuing an MBA from Australia or Canada which have top business schools in the world. The School of Civil Engineering has placed many students in national and international organisations like Al-Rakha, Simplex, Cognizant Soma enterprises, L&T, Gammon, etc. to name a few. Many students have joined government sector. A Few have started their own construction companies. Many students prefer teaching job after M.Tech. The average package offered to the students in corporate sector was 4.5 LPA.
