I would suggest you to proceed with core Java + Advanced Java combination. Learning Core Java + Advanced Java combination on Unix/ Linux environment will be an added advantage.

If you want to study in a foreign country then you have to work hard and score a minimum 80% in HSC because best universities take best students only. Also, you have to get 6 band in IELTS.

Are you talking about Fleming college ,Ontario, Canada? If yes, then it's hard. Actually, the colleges are not that reputed in Canada. Fee maybe less and they won't provide any placement assistance. I know some people who graduated from Fleming college. They are struggling to get a job.
This is one side of the coin.
Another side, everything is based on your luck and if you have contacts there in Canada like your family relatives is there and if they help you to get a job, then it will be somewhat easy otherwise you will struggle.
