Education Requirements. Licensing requirements vary by state, but aspiring cosmetologists need the following: a high school Diploma or GED, a cosmetology training certificate or associate degree in cosmetology and supervised hands-on experience to be eligible to take their state's cosmetology licensing exam.

Hi,
You can do a Diploma post 10th. Preferably 12th.
1. You may do a Diploma or certificate courses in cosmetology, hair dressing, makeup, nail art, massage therapy, herbal treatment, beauty culture, mehandi or tattoo art etc. Consider doing internship post the study and then a full time job or your own business too.
2. You could also consider doing image consulting course and take it forward as a career. You have lot of opportunities for trainers in personal grooming across varied domains of people.
