Industry contacts and placement statistics are fairly different between the two, Council of Education and Development Programmes and Oasis College of Science and Management. The placement record of CEDP is pretty good, mainly for all its vocational courses like GNM and other healthcare programs; usually the students get placed in hospitals, healthcare centers, and nursing homes. The Council of Education and Development Programme offers the General Nursing and Midwifery courses in collaboration with healthcare institutions wherein it conducts its placements. On average, graduating GNM students are absorbed in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and health care facilities. Placement is positive, and most of them get employment as staff nurses, nursing assistants and as health care professional into both government and private sectors. The placement of the Council of Education and Development Programmes (CEDP) in 2023, more than 50 firms took part in the process. These companies were across different sectors of the economy such as; logistics, aviation, banking, retail, and IT. The recruitment were notably done by DHL, FedEx and HDFC Bank. The placements were to offer the students market-oriented positions within fields of the degree they pursued. The companies provided an average salary package anywhere between INR 3 to 5 LPA and the overall percentage of placements was said to be about 75%.
