B.Com (Hons)
1. B.Com (Hons) is an undergraduate degree designed to inculcate business acumen in students.
2. You can also pursue courses like Chartered Accountancy along with your B.Com (Hons).
B.Com (P)
1. Similar to B.Com (Hons), the difference is that a student can specialize in a certain subject in B.Com (Hons), which is not possible in B.Com (P). In the latter, a student is given an overview of all the subjects taught in the honours course.
2. A student has the option to specialize in a specific subject like accounting, etc. A student cannot specialize in a specific subject.

Hi,
Both the options are good but they are totally different. B.Sc is basically knowledge oriented course whereas engineering from any branch is job oriented course. If you are passionate to get the deep knowledge of physics, chemistry and maths then go for B.Sc, and further M.Sc.
For chemical engineering, I would suggest you to choose a reputed college or appear in JEE exam at least one time.

Hello Amal Das, You have given list of all very interesting, the latest specialisations and asking for scope. Okay. Let me attempt. Astrophysics is comparatively old subject and it's scope is limited to research and hence if you are really fascinated & interested in research, you should not venture. Data Science has tremendous scope in the times to come. AI of course goes hand in hand with data Science and is being increasingly used. Biotechnology too had very good potential in India keeping in mind the requirement of increasing productivity of our farmers. Nanotechnology is another subject which promises great things but is yet to pro

Manipal is a much better college than LNMIIT in almost all the aspects be it placement, academics or whatever. I am attaching my conversation with one of the LNMIIT student : I posted the placement stats of Manipal which are much better than those of LNMIIT, but one LNMIIT student won't ready to accept the truth. Here is how he started bashing Manipal, but lost in the end. You can see the placement stats here based on number of students recruited : Company - Manipal LNMIIT Amazon - 23 2 Microsoft - 20 4 Goldman Sachs - 17 0 Cisco - 22 0 Citrix R&D - 10 0 SAP - 20 0 Oracle - 24 0 Siemens tech - 20 0 There are lot more companies coming f
