Engineering will be helpful than M.Sc. You will find a lot of opportunities and practical experience in B.Tech rather than M.Sc but B.Tech is not a good option, you should go for M.Sc first then direct M.Tech in chemical engineering as M.Tech requires Master's degree or 4-year engineering programme. All the best.

Hi, B.tech is considered to be a better degree than B.Sc. Technical knowledge is more needed for today's society for problem solving to research. Even B.Sc has its own advantages where in a lot of interesting fields open for masters. JEE paper 2 and NATA are exams related to B.Arch (Architecture).

If you plan to opt MBA further, BBA is a better choice. It will give you an idea of how we go about business administration. However, if you want to go for CA B.Com is an obvious choice. Moreover, it would be better to do BBA (Hons) than simple BBA so as to do specialisation in Marketing, Finance or something.
All the very best to you dear!
