Automotive design is studied under automotive engineering. There is a separate master's course for automotive design. It depends a lot on your skills. If you have a flair for translating your idea into technical drawing, then you can certainly opt for design course, though both the career prospects are good.

It depends on your interest. If you want to go accounting field, CA is good for you & you're interested in business. So, CS is good for you.

There is no difference between BE and B.Tech, some colleges offer BE and some offers B.Tech. There is the difference of only names BE and B.Tech. (course is same).

If you have good marks in 12th, then you can try LPU. Lovely Professional University is a very good institute and offers great placement opportunities. The admissions are closed now but you can try next year.
