I imagine you will be pursuing engineering, and are seeking which of the degrees is more beneficial for you. CSE and IT have almost 90 percent same subjects for engineering. All the important computer-related CA, OS or microprocessors. Only some hardware labs for CSE and software labs for IT differ. CSE is older stream, it has been released rather recently. So there's just a hype for CSE being better. Old is not always gold. Now, the important part comes where software engineers are most desperate for. The money. Placements really don't matter which stream you are from, at the end they are all looking for your coding skills. Both are equally eligible for all software companies. Even in terms of research, having CSE doesn't offer you any special preference. In the end it comes down to what project you have done. I would advice to not for what stream you choose, they are both the same things with different names and slight difference in the undergrad level. I am talking with the reference to engineering education in India. What matters is where you will be doing your course from, there which of the departments has better faculty members and if they have some glorious records. There might be differences at the postgraduate level. But I won't put one before another.

MBA from USA will pay you the highest vs MS from USA and MBA from India. But B-schools in the USA would not even consider you application for admission into their MBA course unless you have atleast 2-3 years of experience. Of course there are some tier 3 and tier 4 schools which will give admission but I am talking about the top 15-20 here. Also do MS or MBA from the USA only if you wish to settle there. My personal recommendation is that you go for MBA in India from the top 10 b-school. And that's because of 2 reasons
1 The purchasing power parity in India is higher. Which means you will be able to afford more luxuries in India than in the USA for your salary.
2 USA is under immense political and social turmoil. And the general rhetoric is that it might not bode well for the immigrant population going forward. All because the economy is not doing well and people are losing jobs and a lot of jobs are being transferred either to China or India.

You should pursue B. El. Ed. It stands for Bachelor of Elementary Education. It is a 4 year integrated professional degree programme of elementary teacher education. It is a full time graduate course, not available under distance or correspondence as of 2011. The first 3 years are a combination of theory and practicum courses and 4th year culminates with a direct experience of school functioning, teaching practice and reflection. As per Delhi University rules, a candidate needs to pass this 4 year course within 6 years of admission. It is a Bilingual Programme being available in English and Hindi. B. El. Ed. Is designed to integrate the study of subject knowledge, human development, and pedagogical knowledge and communication skills. Both professional and academic options are available to students who graduate with a B. El. Ed degree. Norms and Standards of the B. El. Ed programme have formal approval of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The B. El. Ed programme offers an opportunity for students to interact and learn from scholars and faculty from diverse disciplines of education, psychology, linguistics, social sciences, biological and natural Science, mathematical sciences and the languages.
