Both ECE and Aerospace are excellent choices to become a technologist. Aerospace is niche branch of engineering with comparetively lesser scope in comparison to ECE grads but it is an exciting branch. All major technology breakthrough first occurs in Aerospace then comes it's industrial utilisation. If you are aircraft or drone enthusiastic person then Aerospace is right branch of engineering for you or else you can opt for ECE.

You shouldn't change your line as you are an engineer then you should prefer M.Tech and many colleges have their own criteria for admission process. I would suggest Indo Global Group of Colleges to prefer as this college is in Chandigarh and has good infrastructure as well as placement assistance.

Aerospace engineering is concerned with designing and building aircraft and spacecraft. Aerospace engineering can be divided into two specializations: Aeronautical engineers handle design, manufacturing and maintenance of aircraft, helicopters & UAV etc. and astronautically engineers, who design spacecraft, rockets, satellites, and others. Both, Aerospace Engineering and Aeronautical Engineers are niche branch of engineering with lot of similarities in syllabus with almost 90% overlap.

B.Tech CSE is the most preferred degree of all IT companies. You can complete B.Tech CSE in 4 years after 10+2 stage, but you will take six years to complete MCA (10+2+3+3). B.Tech CSE grads can do both Systems and Apps Development but MCA grads are trained to do only Apps Development. Therefore, you may prefer B.Tech CSE over MCA.

B.Tech will be a better option than going for B.Pharm. A wide range of job opportunities and better salary packages are available after B.Tech. But if you are interested in medical field then you may go for B.Pharm.
