B.Tech (Civil) and B.Arch are two entirely different courses, where in civil you get work opportunities with construction companies, with B. Arch you get same kind of field but the work you're required to do is limited with designing.
There are many similarities in the course but if you're highly creative and your designing is better then you should opt for B. Arch itself. It's a choice you have to make on the basis of your field of interest.
Meanwhile, you can apply for admissions in any of the two, the admissions are open in many universities,

Among the colleges you mentioned, Centennial and Conestoga have good ranking and even Lambton is popular. You can therefore choose among these three. No college will guarantee you a job.
