Every branch has their own importance. If you want to become a software engineer, then you can go for CSE or IT branch. Whereas, if you want to pursue aeronautics, then you can go for aeronautical engineering.

When you ask about a B.Sc in Food Technology versus Anesthesia Technology, the obvious answer would that that there is no direct except that the end goal for both is to make life healthy for people. BCA is much better than B.Sc in terms of career and placements. If you pursue MCA also after BCA then you will get good jobs in IT industry and it will be equivalent to engineering.

Dear Karan,
Please decide what do you actually want to do? On one side you wish to become an education counselor, and on the other, you are asking about pursuing different specialisation in M.Sc. Please decide which career do you actually wish to take up and then ask questions related to same. Also, would be great if you can do prior research.

M.Sc in microbiology and Masters in mass media and journalism are two poles apart. There is no similarity between the two courses. Microbiology will lead to a job in a career in medical, whereas mass communication and journalism will lead to a career in advertising, reporting, event management and much more. You would be in a better situation to decide which fields interests you the most.
