According to my suggestion, you would get growth, income and profile in event management. Hotel management program require few years to reach up to manager level and that you can get, when you have MBA degree with you.
Otherwise in event management with a BBA degree, you can reach at good level and get huge income, but that require strong people management techniques, communication skills, IQ level and marketing strategy.

You should go for CFA, and then CA.

Both, B.Sc CS and B.Sc IT have similarity in syllabus up to 80% to 90% in majority of universities. CS degree has more mathematics oriented theoretical concepts to prepare students for systems programming.
Whereas, IT degree emphasis is on programming for application development firm business enterprises. If you want to work as system programmer, then you can opt for B.Sc CS and if you want to work as app developer, then you can opt for B.Sc IT. For long term career growth, you will have to do PG in either CS or IT.

MBA degree is a better option in comparison with SAP. SAP certifications are value added and additional qualifications for any professional. You can opt for SAP certifications after completing MBA to give boost to your career.

In today's time, pursuing B.Tech especially in CSE is the best option as there is a huge demand of CS in the current time.

Expenses depend on institutes from where you want to pursue your UG. i.e
(A) Institutes come under:
(a) AICTE approved
(b) Deemed Universities
(c) Regular Universities
(d) Open University
(B) Courses and its programs offered by respective institutes.

Definitely, a 3 year is better as it is would lead you to a degree, where 1 year would be a diploma. Also, 3 years would be detailed along with possibility of internship.

Why do you want to do MBA after doing B.Tech if you have an option to do MS in wireless communication? Go ahead and do MS as it will take you places.
