I will suggest you to not go as per your father. If you are interested in engineering, you must go for it. Secondly make your father sit in front of you and convince him politely. Tell him that you will never be able to get successful if you get into pharmacy because that is not where your interest lies and will remain unsatisfied even after getting success in it. Request him to not force you to get into pharmacy.
But on the other hand, if you have already taken it, I would suggest you to put every effort to become successful in it even if you don't want to. May be then he will realize his mistake and will allow you to pursue

If you are technically good enough and good at calculations then you can opt for BE. Else if you are good in managing the people and have good communication skills, you must go for BBM.
