All branches are good in the region. It totally depends on you. What interest you have and in what you are best at. You can join any branch. If you do best in that you will get good job and you will earn good in the field. First you think in what interest you have and in what you are best at then decide. Best of Luck.

Both the fields are good in the region. First of all you decide your interest. Now a days no field is good or bad its on u how you will complete your passion.

It depends on your passion and interests.
In India, there is not much scope for Biomedical Engineering. The few colleges which offer Biomedical Engineering, don't have good facilities or advanced equipment.
On the other hand, electrical engineering is an evergreen field of engineering. Jobs are plenty and is going to be in the foreseeable future.
Electronics engineering companies in India are few so most electronics engineers end up being software engineers. I don't recommend Electronics engineering to you unless you are 100% sure that you love semiconductors, diodes and transistors.

Fine arts and interior designing both are very different fields. You will have to see which field interests you more and then decide.
