Dear Rupesh,
I would prefer insurance sector as it has got a lot of scope in the coming future. A course related to MBA in life insurance would be helpful.
All the best.

Dear ,
Yes you can plan for actuarial science with PCM or even commerce stream because math subject has important role in this field, specially stats part.
But for the good opportunities you should have good command over math subject.
Even you can do B.Sc maths (Hons.) and than plan for Actuarial Science exam that will be good combination in terms of strong foundation of math subject.
All the best

Hi,
The eligibility criteria laid by Actuarial Science institute is 10+2 with English as a compulsory subject but maths is preferred. For different universities offering Bachelor's in actuarial, you need to check on their respective websites. For ACET, check all the requirements here.

You may take up a course in bachelor's and then master's in it so it will take 5 years. Taking up entrance like ACET, once you clear it, you hv atleast 15 papers to complete and the time will depend on your rigour and persistence.
