Hi Aditya, This is interesting that TV Anchors don't become anchor's right from the first day they enter media or journalism. There is a long learning and practice period. I shall say that one becomes an anchor by Excellent Speaking Skills and Skill to manage in front of the Camera. Hi Raminder!
Sadhna Academy has two courses:
1. Diploma in Anchoring, Reporting and TV Production
2. Diploma in Anchoring and Reporting
Both are 1-year diploma course and both courses will help you to become a news anchor/reporter. The former course has TV production as an extra element but you can choose either of the courses if anchoring is your only objective.
