Admission to  (DLBC) for B.E. / B.Tech courses might be possible without Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, but it depends on a few factors: * Management Quota Seats: Some colleges in India reserve seats under the management quota for admission outside of entrance exams.  * Lateral Entry: If you have completed a Diploma in engineering (relevant branch) from a recognised institution.Management quota and the latest entry are the alternate way for admission without EAMCET
