Well, you also get admission to MGM's College of Engineering and Technology for B.E./B.Tech without MHT CET. The college also takes the scores of JEE Main instead of merit-based admissions. Another route for direct admission is the management quota. For this quota, there are no entrance examinations required, but rather basic eligibility criteria for admission: minimum 50% in Class 12 (PCM) (45% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category). Contact the college admission office or official website for details on the process and seat intake.

Entry to the Vasavi College of Engineering also known as VCE for the B.E./B.Tech courses can be obtained without the Andhra Pradesh ECET. The admissions are most often through, TS EAMCET (70% capacity) apart from that there is a management quota (30% capacity). For the Management quota, there is no entrance test, but then the candidate must score 45% in their 10+2 (PCM). Andhra Pradesh ECET is meant for lateral entry into the second year only of the program.

University College of Engineering, Thodupuzha offers the B.E. / B.Tech programmes for admission to which candidates are selected based on KEAM. However, the candidates who couldn't appear for KEAM can register under the Management quota, though these intakes are restricted. In the case of management quota admissions, there may be other requirements such as marks in the 12th standard, but insofar as government-quota seats are concerned KEAM is the principal pathway.

Yes, you can get admission to B.E. / B.Tech course offered by Dr. M.C. Saxena Group of Colleges (MCSGOC) without JEE Main as the college also accepts scores from other entrance exams. And appears for UPSEE-the preferred exam for candidates of Uttar Pradesh-for getting an admission in one of these colleges:. Alternatively, there is also direct admission available to candidates, provided the basic eligibility criteria are met-through management quota. However, as a general entry through the entrance exam, UPSEE or any other such recognised exam, as per the admission policy of the college, is recommended.
