Apart from these, the selection criterion for B.E. / B.Tech courses in S J C Institute of Technology involves class 12 passed from any affiliated board with minimum 45% marks in Physics, Mathematics and any other subject. The admissions here are mainly through COMEDK UGET, KCET, JEE Main Examination scores. But additionally, the student also needs to participate in the counseling process to get the seat allocated. Further, students holding an engineering Diploma are allowed to apply, and criteria have been set up for such an entrance, thereby ensuring a holistic in-take policy within the institute.

The important dates related to the TNEA application process for admission to B.E./B.Tech courses at Paavai Engineering College are typically as follows: the online application is opened in first week of May while the last date for the submission of the online application is in last week of May. The random number process is conducted in mid June while the rank list is released in second week of June. Counseling usually starts early in July usually on the third week.

The admission to B.E./B.Tech course in Paavai Engineering College is offered based on the TNEA counseling alone. But, 15% of a total intake of 840 students is meant for management quota. It can also be enrolled through the CSAT that stands for the Consortium of Self-Financing Professional, Arts and Science Colleges in Tamil Nadu for management seat. Also, five percent of the students are given an opportunity to be admitted there especially those students who have performed well in activities such as athletics, games and other co curricular activities.

Yes, there is management quota in STBCET for the B.E./B.Tech course and you can also join this college without MHT CET if you get through JEE Main. However, for non-MHT CET candidates the admission is based on their JEE Main ranks although it can be for Maharashtra state as well as for other states. The minimum qualification required is +2 passed which includes set of subjects and aggregate percentage of minimum 45 % ( 40 % in the case of SC, ST and OBC) for being eligible for examination.

Admission to the B.E./B.Tech courses at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology (RGIT), Mumbai, primarily depends on the MHT CET or JEE Main scores, as these are the common entrance exams accepted for undergraduate admissions in Maharashtra. However, it is possible to secure admission without MHT CET if you have a valid JEE Main score. RGIT accepts JEE Main scores for students who do not appear for MHT CET. Yes, Admission to B.E./B.Tech course in Shri Sant Gadge Baba College of Engineering and Technology can be without MHT CET if the candidate clears the JEE Main. MHT CET is the major test for students of Maharashtra state the JEE Main scores are accepted for students of Maharashtra as well as other states for admission to the engineering streams.
