Yes. QIS College of Engineering & Technology gives admission to B.E./B.Tech even without the exam of Andhra Pradesh EAMCET. However, that would be only under management quota. Admission in this case is not based on EAMCET score, but purely upon the applicant's performance during his 10+2 and availability of seats under the management quota. However, the candidates opting for management quota admission have to pay more as compared to the candidates getting admission through EAMCET. Candidate must contact college directly or can visit official website for more details and to confirm their eligibility for admission.

The route generally is expensive in terms of tuition fees as compared to the government quota. For example, applicants still have to qualify on the minimum eligibility requirements which include the completion of 10+2 with subjects like Physics a

Usually, RVS College of Engineering and Technology gives priority to students who apply through TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) for their B.E./B.Tech courses. But if you didn't appear for TNEA, you can still apply through management quota or other entrance exams like JEE Main. In that case, your admission will depend on your entrance exam score and their specific requirements. It's best to check with the college directly for the latest updates and alternatives!
