Yes, Gopal Narayan Singh University offers BTech (Lateral) entry course in Computer Science and Engineering. Eligible students are directly admitted to the second year of the course. Hence, course duration of BTech (LE) is three-years. Sunstone: Sushant University offers a four-year BTech course at the UG level. To be eligible for admission, candidates must pass a Class 12 in PCM with a minimum 50% aggregate. Further, candidates are also required to appear for the GD-PI round conducted by the college to get admission.

Yes, it is possible to take admission in B.Tech CSE course but only it private colleges. Some Tier 3 colleges offer B.Tech without maths. As a B.Tech student, I personally won't encourage you to pursue B.Tech since the first two years are completely filled with concepts regarding maths.
