No, Company secretary course is not available in Symbiosis, Pune. This course is only offered by ICSI.

Firstly, I would recommend you to concentrate on CS only, but if you have the capability to handle other courses also then go for M.Com or LLB along with CS.

There are many courses, which you can do simultaneously along with CS. Like CS + B.Com or CS LLB Or M.Com etc. You can opt for various certification courses by various institutions which are in line with your career prospects. Valuation course, FRM, courses by BSE or NSE, a course in computer or may be English speaking or anything which adds value to you will be helpful in the long run.

It totally depend upon the needs of a company, which will hire you. If the company needs a CS and MBA, then it will double your salary, otherwise it won't. Moreover, doing LLB along with CS is a great combination.
