If you have completed your BCom with a NAAC A accredited college, then, you will have 120 credits (40 credits for each year). This would make you eligible to appear for the exam. If the BCom is not NAAC A, then you will have 90 credits (30 credits for each year). In this case, you will have to pursue an additional diploma, masters, etc that can give you the extra 30 credits. I suggest you sign up with a CPA course provider so you can get a better picture.

You would need to meet 120 credits required in order to be eligible for the CPA exams. In your case, with the B.Com you will have 90 credits. I suggest you take up an accounting bridge course, so you get the additional 30 credits. For more information, feel free to visit mileseducation. Com.

Given that you have done your B.Com you will get 90 credits. If you could pursue an accountancy bridge course, you will get the extra 30 credits taking your total number of credits to 120 credits, which is what you would need to appear for the CPA exam. If you have completed your B.Com from a NAAC A college, then, there is no need for any bridge course as you would have the 120 credits with your B.Com alone. You can appear for the CPA exam.

Miles Education provides student/professional-centric services while keeping concept-based learning at its core which has helped it climb to the top ranks when it comes to the US CPA certification in India. Following are the reasons why we have our CPA alumni club growing period-on-period along with our enrolments and student count; the reasons why you should choose Miles for your US CPA coaching too:
Concept-based learning - All of us have, at some point in time, come across coaching centers with little or no focus on concepts when it comes to teaching. While such coaching centers encourage students only to understand and remember, Mil

As for CPA eligibility, you need 120 credits to appear for the CPA exam and 150 credits for the CPA license. General rule: Every year of university education in India is equivalent to 30-semester credits of US education. Some state boards award credit for international professional qualifications like CA. For international CPA candidates from India, generally 3-year commerce graduates from NAAC A universities who have scored a 1 st division are awarded 120 credits
Feel free to DM your contact information in case you need to connect to someone one on one to discuss your specific case for CPA eligibility.

Acquiring US CPA is a great way to excel in your career in accounting. The advantage is that using the MRA between the US and Australia accounting bodies, a US CPA can be recognised as an Australia CPA given that he/she meets the required eligibility.

I would suggest you go with your interest. If accounting interests you and you want to make a career as a global accountant, go for the CPA course. If general management is what you're looking towards, then no doubt it is an MBA.
