Similar to other courses, students will be asked 100 questions in a duration of 90 minutes. Each question will carry one mark. Questions will be asked from the sections/ subjects - Phyiscs, Chemistry and Mathematics. CPGET 2025 registration form is likely to be released in June 2025. Aspirants will have to apply online on Osmania University's official website. While filling the form, they will be required to provide personal details, contact details and academic details. The application fee is also to be paid online after filling the form.

Osmania University has not annnounced the CPGET 2025 schedule yet. However, based on the past dates, it can be guessed that the exam will be conducted in the first two weeks of July 2025.

Candidates need to pay an application fee along with filling out the application form for CPGET exam. There is an application fee of INR 800 for most categories. For candidates of SC/ST/PH categories, there is an application fee of INR 600. For every additional subject, there is an application fee of INR 450.The websites must be visited by the candidates in order to register. The official websites announce the entrance exam results. There will be no direct communication regarding this matter given to the candidates. Prior to the announcement of the entrance exam results, the Key and Question papers for every subject were posted online for a specified amount of time, during which time they were removed in response to objections.
