Hello Bala,
It is indeed nice to see your interest in continuing your studies in spite of spending so many years outside college due to your health issues. Normally, speaking there are restrictions on total number of years available to complete an engineering course and also to clear the first year of engineering. If you have already cleared 1st year, and then taken this pause of few years because of your health, then it is a justifiable reason to be away from your course.
