If you are a Company Secretary qualified, then you have skills to be part of Corporate leadership on fast path then why do you want to de-accelerate your career by doing MBA from a normal local BSchool. You must aim for admission in top B-School only after CS.

Both, CA and CS are equally tough. CA is little tougher in comparison to CS. However, if you plan and study well, you can get CA or CS professional tag. Nowadays, there are lots of coaching institutes available for the preparation of CA and CS.

No, neither CS nor CA is hard, what all it takes is proper studies regularly with concentration. Talking about value now since after amendments in act, there are many more opportunities for CS as well. So, we can say both these are equally valued.

You can pursue CS after completing class 12th. You need to qualify CS foundation exam. If you are a graduate then you don't need to take the CS foundation exam.
