No, if the candidate has physically reported at the allotted institute, then withdrawal is not permitted from the CSAB account. The CSAB headquarters will transfer the collected fee to the allotted/admitted institute. Thereafter, the cancellation and refund/forfeiture will be handled by the allotted institute as per their rules/norms.

NEUT round of CSAB counselling is specifically for allocating seats to candidates from North-Eastern states and Union Territories. The seats available in the CAB NEUT round include those reserved under the Government of India scheme for "Reservation of Seats in Degree Level Technical Courses for States/UTs Lacking Such Facilities in AICTE-Approved Institutions." Yes, you can participate in CSAB counseling even if you have received a compartment in one subject. However, it is essential to ensure that you clear the compartment exam before the start of the academic session or the reporting date for the allotted seat.To be eligible for admission, you must fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria set by the participating institutes, which generally require passing all subjects in the qualifying examination. Make sure to keep track of the specific requirements and timelines provided by CSAB and prepare to submit the necessary documents during the counseling process.
