Candidates who will register for the CSEET 2025 exam will be sent the exam link and login credentials. Candidates must use those credentials to begin their test. The credentials will be sent to the candidate's email address or via SMS. CSEET May 2025 session examination is scheduled to be held on May 03. Candidates will be sent the link and credentials for CSEET exam two-three days prior to the date of examination. No, there will be no negative marking in CSEET exam. Candidates will not be marked negatively for any incorrect answer or not attempted question. As per the marking scheme of CSEET for every correct answer candidates will be rewarded between one or two marks for each question. Check below to know the marks distribution across various sections of CSEET question paper:
Part 1- Business Communication- 50 marks
Part 2- Legal Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude
Subpart A- Legal Aptitude - 30 marks

The CSEET New Syllabus Under 2022 shall comprise of an Online Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test CSEET consisting of Four parts The nomenclature of CSEET is as under: Part 1- Business Communication- 50 marks Part 2- Legal Aptitude, Logical Reasoning- 50 marks Part 3- Economic and Business Environment- 50 marks Part 4- Current Affairs and Quantitative Aptitude 50 marks. The question paper of CSEET will consist of Multiple Choice Questions. Candidates will have to attempt all the questions within two hours. The total marks of the CSEET exam will be 200 marks.

1. After logging in, candidates must read the instructions carefully. In case of any doubt or confusion candidates must seek guidance from the remote proctor.
2. Each question is the CSEET question paper will have four alternative answers marked as A, B, C and D. Candidates must choose the appropriate option and mark the same through mouse by clicking against the appropriate answer. Chosen answer will be saved.

Yes, in view of the CSEET Remote Proctored Mode, the Viva Voce section stands canceled since the exam was conducted on August 20, 2020. Whereas, the Multiple Choice Questions of the CSEET question paper shall remain the same as per the existing CSEET exam pattern. Recently, ICSI has introduced the CSEET new exam pattern under new syllabus 2022. According to the CSEET 2023 exam pattern (revised), the question paper will be divided into four parts- Part 1- Business Communication Part 2- Legal Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude Part 3- Economic and Business Environment Part 4- Current Affairs.

Incase if any discrepancy or mismatch in CSEET admit card details in comparison to the actual document will lead to disqualification of the candidate for future examination process. Hence, if candidates find any discrepancy in CSEET admit card they must immediately contact at the helpline number of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Candidates will be required to submit the valid supporting documents to get the details rectified. ICSI helpdesk number- 0120-4522000. Candidates must follow the instructions as guided by the authorities to modify the details in the CSEET admit card.

CSEET admit card can be re-downloaded till the date of examination. Only candidates who will register for the CSEET exam will be able to download the admit card when released online. In case candidates have misplaced or lost the CSEET admit card, they can re-visit the ICSI official website and re-login with the credentials- Application number and Date of birth.
