The CSI college of Engineering is affiliated to Anna University Chennai. It has a separate placement and training cell are the integral part of the university . It focuses on students centric approach to convene the outlook of the corporate world.Training activities are well thought-out through out the year in an effort to prepare students for the placement. On campus placements are held every year to place students in the companies which are coming to the university.

Quality of food is very good at hotel mess of CSI college of engineering .The mess menu is decided by the students in case of any issue authorities are there to solve student problem. There are four time meals in a day. Mess is cleaned and fully furnished. Students are satisfied with the quality of food in the hostel. The mess charges are included with the hostel fee which is approximately 10k per month .

As the admissions of CSI college is based on the councelling process of TNEA . The merit is based on Round 1, Round 2, Round 3. Merit list of 2024 has been released by the college. And the new admission process are completed by the college based on the merit of TNEA.

No, It is not that difficult/ hard to get admission in this college.To get admission into CSI college of engineering applicants must meet the entry requirements that is 45% in 12th from any recognised board with PCM. After meeting these basic eligibility criteria students need to qualify the TANCET exam followed by the institute merit counseling process.These merit scores varies from general category, OBC, SC ST, PWD, EWS differently.

The 2024 cutoff of TNEA has been released by the institute and the last round cutoff of the course was 124828 rank for general category whereas for OBC category the cutoff varied between rank 184709 and 196539

They are post graduate level teachers. They pass a panel interview before working as a faculty in this college. Faculties have their experience in teaching and learning in their subjects . Each department has set of faculty who are mastered in their fields.
