With B.Tech degree, you are eligible to apply for the CSIR UGC NET exam but only for the Junior Research Fellowship. According to the CSIR NET guidelines, candidates who have qualified the Master's degree or 4-year Graduation degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks or are in the qualifying year of the degree can appear for the exam. Yes, you can apply for both UGC NET and CSIR NET exam. As your post graduation subject Geoinformatics is related to the Geography and Earth Science, so you can appear for UGC NET with Geography subject and CSIR NET Earth Science exam. To apply for the exams you have to fulfill the eligibility criteria. You should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in M.Sc. If you want to appear for JRF exam then you have to also follow age criteria I. e. For CSIR NET - 28 years (Maximum Age)
For UGC NET 30 Years (Maximum Age)
