Hi there, As of now, CSIR has not been updated any notification regarding the CSIR NET June 2020 e-certificate. The CSIR or NTA uploads the Certificate on their website almost 2-3 months after the result declaration. According to my research, April 2021 is the expected month to issue the CSIR NET e-certificate. If you want to know about the CSIR NET 2019 e-certificate. Check it below:-

Yes, if you qualified CSIR NET with the required cutoff you are qualified to apply for JRF. CSIR NET provides you opportunities in JRF and Assistant Professor in institutes and universities. Following is the Cutoff you required to score for JRF:
33% marks in both the papers (paper 1 General Aptitude and paper:2 Subject you opted for. Candidates can apply for a research position in any CSIR NET laboratories and can start their own research.

CSIR NET stands for Council of Scientific & Industrial Research, National Eligibility Test. This exam was conducted by CBSE before 2019 but since September 2019, National Test Agency NTA is the convener body. It is also conducted twice in a year in the month of June and December.
