Click on the application form correction button
Read the instructions on the page and click on the checkbox at the bottom of the page
Click on the Proceed for Correction button
Make the required changes in the application form
Enter the security pin and click on Submit
Review the application form
Click on the checkboxes at the bottom of the page
Click on the Final Submit button.
