No, I think you are not eligible for CTET because they don't consider any institute's this kind of certificate. They consider B.Ed, D.El.Ed, B.el.ed for CTET exam.

Yes, you can pursue B.Sc Agriculture but you should have completed class 12th with science stream. There is an ICAR (Indian Council of Agri Research) scholarship programme for toppers admitted to the degree.
